I am a fully trained Mountain Leader, and a member of the Mountain Training Association and the BMC.
I have loads and loads of customer testimonials and lots of positive reviews with so many of my bookings coming from previous customers or referrals from people recommending us. Which is great as I know I am doing something right and offering something that people really enjoy.
Your booking will be dealt with by me form start to finish and then the time on the hill will be with me, I don’t take a booking and then subcontract it out to other leaders. However, on the chance I’m not available for the dates that suit you I may put you in touch with other leaders that I do work alongside on other experiences.
I operate on a max 8 per experience for general hiking so if your group exceeds that then ill bring along another guide to work with us ensuring everyone is always safe on the hill. For some experiences we may lower the max number for safety to 4.
Often people don’t always have the equipment needed on some experiences so wherever possible I can provide this equipment free of charge. This can include rope, maps, compasses, axes but all depends on the experience were doing.
I run courses throughout the year, some are bookable events but nowadays they are mainly group private bookings and they range from navigations skills, general mountains skills and also courses specific to folks training for their own mountain awards like mountain leader.
